Harrington Realty was founded by Jim Harrington and established on September 1, 1977. The original office was located at 706 East Second Avenue in Rome, Georgia and had one working agent. In 1978, another agent joined the company and Harrington Realty relocated its office to 318 East Eighth Street. In February 1986, Harrington Realty moved again to 415 Shorter Avenue, its present location. A second office was opened in 1993 in Rockmart, Georgia. Today, Harrington Realty proudly includes one Broker, three Associate Brokers, seventeen Realtors®, an Office Manager and a receptionist..
